A full-bodied work of art with marzipan, walnuts and bitter chocolate. Although our distillery was reborn in 1963, it has stood in the same spot since first opening in 1810. So for our 200th anniversary, we decided to celebrate with a 21-year-old whisky matured in Oloroso sherry casks, just like they did back in the day. The result was so good, we're still celebrating.
Orange chocolate, soft marzipan & hint of crushed walnuts.
Maraschino cherries, citrus fruits and soft liquorice.
Fully matured in ex-Bourbon casks then finished in vintage 1963 oloroso sherry casks – the same year in which the distillery on Jura re-established itself at the heart of the island.
